A fantastic location high on the ridge of Sydney's Palm Beach with views out to sea. However the existing small box of a house did not take advantage of the views or utilise the north aspect.

We rearranged all rooms to take advantage of the views and the sun, designed a new entrance and built a two storey extension to the rear which included new bedrooms, bathroom, decks, living dining and kitchen and better access to the garden.

Years later I was thrilled to be help them to reimagine the dining, kitchen and outdoor entertaining area without enlarging the footprint
