We hardly changed the footprint of this house. The floorplan was reorganised, rear deck removed and the rear floor dropped closer to the garden level to make tall ceilings, split levels, a feeling of spaciousness and improve the access to the garden and pool.
We remade the master bedroom, replaced bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining room. However the house footprint was only increased by the size of new porch, and laundry.

The house now sits more comfortably in the land and allows all areas of the block to be utilised, viewed, accessed and cared for.
